Prior to the newest addition to the Royal Family, a reporter, Marie Claire alleged that Catherine, who recently became the Duchess of Cambridge had a large fortune assigned to her name as a member of the family. Aside from her fortune as the wife of a Duke, she is said to have an estimated wealth of $7-$10 million which is about £5-£8 million.
Determined not to be seen as a wealthy woman through the eyes of the royal family, in 2011, Kate increased her family business, ‘Party Pieces' and made an enormous amount of money from it. Her independent fortune is big enough to sustain her, her whole life and adding what she has to her money from the royal family, this damsel could be on her way to becoming one of the richest Duchess’ in the history of England.
