She Works Out
The former model is not one to go out, so she spends time working out in the comfort of her home. She walks around wearing ankle weights and does Pilates. She also plays tennis. She also admitted to maintaining a very healthy diet, Melanie told GQ magazine that she eats seven different pieces of fruit every day and she has a skincare routine which includes vitamins and an oxygen-infused moisturizer that she uses diligently. She always washes her face and makes sure to get plenty of sleep, usually leaving events long before the band packs up. She was all against botox, and she says that healthy living is the way.
