1. Quite a lot goes on when the camera stops rolling.
Although, reality TV technically gives you the impression that It's a 24/7 routine of the camera roll. The camera actually does stop rolling and there's a lot you don't see during this period. For instance, after host and producer, Jeff Probst tells each tribe their daily challenge, Jeff and the challenge creator John Kirhoffer walk each of the tribes through the challenge, that way they get to practice and strategize before the actual challenge kicks off.
