There was a time when the standard for the dream figure was curvy, then, Marilyn Monroe set the standard, even the agency she worked for usually stated that she was a little too plump. However, the standard has been altered. Gone are the day when having curves meant that you have the perfect figure, now the ideal figure is being very slim with perfect abs and rock ted arms. Due to show business, a lot of our favorite celebrities always want to keep the perfect figure. How do they do it? We would be taking a look at ten of our favorite celebrities and check out how they achieve, and maintain their perfect body.
1. Adriana Lima
It is very hard to get the perfect figure for ’Victoria Secret’ angels, but for Adriana Lima who used to be an athlete, it seems more natural. Lima has been a part of the ‘Victoria Secret’ angels since 1999, and she is always ready to walk the runway. Her trainer, Michael Olamide Jr, who is a middleweight boxer trained her for ten year trains her like a professional. Lima says she loves boxing and she also tends to circuit training and running.
