When the baby comes, it changes everything. The couple can no longer do what they want at any time because the baby's needs become a priority. The house chores increase too and the baby's need for attention causes the parents to be too tired to do anything at the end of each day. For many parents, this kills off the romance as they become too busy tending to the baby.
However, it doesn’t have to be like that because there are many things you can to keep the romance alive and they are as follows:-
1. Set A Date And Stick To It
Now that you are both taking turns working, cleaning, napping and caring for your sweet bundle of joy, there is hardly time to be affectionate. The time spent as a couple is limited since the baby has “taken over.” This is where you set a date where you will spend time together. It could be a simple coffee date down the street or a dinner and a movie once a week. It can happen right at home and you can take turns cooking the dinner. When you have a single date to look forward to life becomes more exciting even with your bundle of joy presence.
