It really doesn't matter if you prefer working out in the gym in the morning before heading to work or always go for an evening run before you take supper and retire to bed. What truly matters is your consistency because there isn't any difference in morning or evening workouts. So don't beat yourself up when you prefer to workout in the evenings.
