Evangeline Lilly has been open in the past about her negative experiences shooting 'Lost', but has now made a new revelation saying she was being mistreated on set. Appearing on the Lost fan podcast The Lost Boys, hosted by Jacob Stolworthy and Jack Shepherd, Lilly recalls more than one instance of being pressured into filming partially-nude scenes on ABC’s hit fantasy drama “Lost.”
The “Ant-Man and the Wasp” actress, who played the show’s heroine Kate Austen during its 6-season run, revealed in the interview that she was compelled into doing partially-naked scenes for her role, especially in the third season.
“In Season 3, I’d had a bad experience on set with being basically cornered into doing a scene partially naked, and I felt had no choice in the matter,” she stated. “And I was mortified and I was trembling when it finished. I was crying my eyes out, and I had to go and do a very formidable, very strong scene thereafter.”
